Death Valley Road

Embarking on my first-ever Death Valley adventure in 2018, I detoured from my Mammoth Lakes trip after a wild snowstorm. Seeking the polar opposite of winter wonderland, I ventured into the scorching desert via Highway 190, the scenic route connecting directly from Highway 395. The breathtaking landscapes along Highway 190 demand frequent stops to soak in the views.
